General

Description: If you're the type who wants to assist in whatever capacity you're needed. Sign up for this general role and let us know what kind of things you are most suited for.

Make/Purchase Food

Description: Either make or purchase a food or drink item as requested.

Serve Food

Description: Be the gloved hands to serve the food to the students to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Ticketing / Concessions

Description: Assisting the box office on performance nights with ticketing and concessions.

Ushering

Description: Ushers will check patrons into the theatre on performance nights, distribute programs and assist audience members as necessary both before and during the performance. (Ushers are most often outside the theatre during the performance)

Set Construction

Description: If you're familiar with power tools, painting, building, etc. we always need additional help with our sets and/or props.

Cast Party Host/Help

Description: Would you like to host or help with the cast party?

Costumes

Description: We regularly need help picking up rental costumes, and extra material, help with the organization of our current costumes, alterations and more.

Business Ads

Description: Are you someone who is good at talking with corporations and getting donations/sponsors for the theatre department?

Poster Distribution

Description: Each member of cast, crew and pit is responsible for hanging up one poster around town at a local business. We need a few parents to drive around and make sure our show posters are up around town.

Publicity

Description: We need assistance in promoting the show via social media, traditional media, and other methods.

Program General

Description: Our program production team is in place but we are always looking for people who have skills in editing and formatting the given material and creating the program.

Program Bios

Description: We need a few people to take the bios submitted by students and proof them for length and consistency.

Bravo Bags

Description: Bravo bags are out in the lobby each performance night for people to leave notes, snacks, and candy for individuals. We need help organizing and stuffing bags each night.
